Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Uniting CRM, including the mobile app, web app, websites, and related services. By accessing or using Uniting, you agree to these Terms.

Uniting CRM is intended for authorized users of participating organizations. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You may not use Uniting CRM to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access accounts, workspaces, data, or systems without authorization.
• Interfere with service security, integrity, or availability.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that disrupts normal operation.

You and your organization are responsible for CRM records, chat messages, attachments, and other content submitted through the service. You grant Uniting the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and secure that content to provide the service.

Organization administrators may manage users, roles, records, and access. Your organization may control or retain business records associated with your account.

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement between Uniting and your organization.
