Uniting is a platform that connects study abroad consultants, students, and university partners into one intelligent network. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Consultant networking and collaboration tools
• Student lead management and tracking
• University partnership facilitation
• Data analytics and insights for the study abroad ecosystem

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Preston Educational Consultants and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preston Educational Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
